Shihan Graham Slater, martial arts master, educator, tv presenter and chairman of the International Martial Arts Alliance (IMA). Graham has become a foremost lecturer and is a leading driving force for nationally recognised qualifications for the martial arts industry in Australia.

Graham Slater has been involved in the martial arts and fitness industries for over 35 years. He has operated 10 martial art schools in Australia and has had 6 branches operating in England.

He was the Australia Chief Instructor for Shotokai Karate 1987-1992 leading several Australia teams to Japan and Indonesia from 1983-1995. During his career Graham has been fortunate enough to have trained and taught in Japan, Indonesia, England, Holland, Thailand, Malaysia, India and the Pacific Islands.

Graded to 6th degree black belt he is the founder of his own system of martial arts called Reikijitsu a style incorporating Karate, Aikido, Ju Jutsu, Tai Chi and Reiki / Shiatsu.

Graham is also the Chairman / Founder of the International Martial Arts Alliance that boasts over 60,000 members in Australia and several thousand around the world. He has been published in over 60 newspapers and magazines around the world for his contributions to the arts. He is an author and producer of two books, a magazine and a DVD series. He has also just finished producing a TV Series called Interactive Martial Arts a program dedicated to martial arts as a way of life. In the three short months it has aired around one million viewers have tuned into the show.

Graham is a qualified elite sport coach and a trainer and assessor specializing in the development of instructor qualifications in Australia in association with the International College of Kenshusei.
